PLEASE MAKE A SEPARATE APPOINTMENT FOR EVERY APPLICANT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR FOR A NEW PASSPORT YOU WOULD ADD THE NEW PASSPORT SERVICE FOR EACH APPLICANT, THIS WILL ALLOW US TO HAVE AMPLE TIME SCHEDULED.

I was able to easily book an appointment for passport renewal and new passport for my family of 3 just by emailing and asking.
